Nothing As The guy(harsh sinha) is fraud so there are no pros

Cons

The company is total fraud and the guy(Harsh Sinha) is total fraud. His policy is to hire people and after 2-3 months fire people without paying even a single panny. He make delay on salary like He signs checks and does spelling mistakes, he shows false e-statement. and even if you ask for cash, he will go to ATM with you and start doing false transactions or he will fill a high amount, or will insert and remove without doing anything. No employee there is older than one or two months And after some time employees himself give up on him. He has done these things to all ex-employees. He is a total fraud. Knowingly he make delay on salary. This is his policy to run the company.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with any company. The founder's behavior was cheap and dismissive, and the organization demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. I regret choosing to join this company and would not recommend it to anyone considering working here.

Cons

The founder came across as unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. Communication was poor, feedback was not handled constructively, and employees did not appear to be treated with respect. The company's culture lacked transparency, accountability, and professionalism. I would not recommend joining this organization based on my experience.
