      - Builds stamina in the brutal world of real estate brokerage. - teaches you how to deal with paranoia and secrecy

      Cons

      - The Agent Training Program is quite awful compared to competitor programs - Upper Management is unorganized to say the least. - awful office culture - fellow employees will happily steal leads, cut you out of deals, etc... - ALOT of agent turnover for above reasons

      Pros

      I am just starting in the business and have been very happy with the environment here and getting started on my retail real estate career. Everyone has been helpful and supportive. It is the kind of company where you can speak to others and get help. I feel like some companies all have their little clicks where they don't work with one another. But I have noticed here at WRG, it is not like that. Everyone works together.

      Cons

      Not exactly a con, but if you're looking to work in retail real estate, be prepared to put in the hours. This is not a 9 to 5 job. Thankfully I enjoy what I do so I don't mind burning the midnight oil.
