Best part, company hates when you work on holiday because the motto is realistic i.e. a happy employee is a great assert in long term. Great for female employees too. * Awesome pay: Pay is competitive. It is above industry standard really. ESOP is the best part of it. * Awesome product team: Usually product guys in companies are not from tech background, so chances are they are not going to understand tech better. Here, the case is otherwise. Product guys are hardcore tech guys themselves, so there's a very good balance between tech and product which is usually a rarest phenomenon.
