      Pros

      Having worked across SMBs and startups for over a decade, the first thing I loved about working at Wingman was the autonomy of work. You are given the freedom to experiment, implement, fail and do it a little better next time. There's always a helping hand nearby, but you are trusted to do what you do without being micromanaged. The result is that I've learnt more in the past 6 months than I did in the last 3 years! Plus, our weekly show and tells are the stuff legends are made of.

      Cons

      Team Wingman is growing fast, but our customer base and revenue are growing faster. So there's always a JTBD and everyone is wearing multiple hats to deliver outcomes. The pace takes a little getting used to.

      Best Companies have always had a strong emphasis on internal workspace culture, the result of which is a strong team that shares a common set of values. The people who work here are the atmosphere they create is nothing like anywhere else I have ever worked. *Great culture- very friendly, helpful, creative individuals who are all here to do a great job and learn. * Surrounded by Passionate Team Members, always supportive. *Company genuinely cares about their employees. *Fun Activities- Outings, Friday Game Nights, Show & Tell & many more.. *Learning new technologies, Ownership.
