      It is a job and pays some of the bills.

      Cons

      If you want a place that is just a paycheck, work at Winegard IF you do not ever want a raise, work at Winegard. IF you want mandatory overtime, work at Winegard. IF you never want to advance and dont want your voice heard, work at Winegard.

      Leniency is great 8hrs Sometimes weekend work Good people for most part

      Cons

      Management poor Pay Expected to do more for same pay rate Get certs for same pay rate No chance in advancing very very limited Owner and upper management dont seem to care about employees only when things happen they just bark
