A lot of learning, very good co-workers. Very good experience with e-commerce.
Cons
It used to have an exceptional work environment, but it got into the culture of some investors that bitterly worsened the organizational climate. The company stopped valuing the employees' experience exchange meetings, stopped valuing the growth of the team's knowledge. Very unprepared managers and dictators pruning creativity and the search for better ways to solve problems.
