Pros
Small company where your voice is heard - Most emplyoees are able to maintain a direct working relationship with all levels of management including the owner - family friendly and understanding of work life balance
Cons
Employees are shuffled around into many positions that they may not be well suited for with little or no training - A management team who used to be dedicated to success, now sits idle and unmotivated to keep a stale and struggling business alive - Need to invest time and energy into energizing it's current staff
