Fellow consultants are the single best asset of this company. Great, smart and fun folks who all collaborate and help each other grow and succeed
Cons
That's as far as it goes. Upper management (particularly CB and SMcD) does not give a D*MN about their employees unless you are personally making good money for them. Don't be fooled! They will always be giving you the speech where "you are our most valuable asset" - which is true, but only for their selfish needs. When it comes to promotions and raises, that's where their true colors come out! Oh, and I know for a fact that all of the "good" reviews here at Glassdoor were from folks who were urged by management to put a good review here to help counter the influx of all of these negative and honest reviews!
