Pros
small, so small there are only 3 research people.
Cons
small, no way to upgrade skills, advance and there are "favored" persons depending on the manager. Company lies about salaries, bonuses and about what travel they will reimburse an employee for or conference attendance. They will stick you with all and cheat you out of promised raises all after the fact.
