Poor incompetent managers. HR is unresponsive to employee's needs and is too controlling of the environment. You do not call your manager if you are calling in sick, you talk to HR. How weird is that? No other successful business operates in this manner. If you are an MSW...stay clear of this place! You are too good and undervalued here. Windstone does not deserve you. You will be made a case manager who has no contact with clients. You will also be underpaid for your education level and experience. This job is only good for LVN's or Rn's. Even if you are looking for an administrative job, you can get better pay and not be inundated with work somewhere else. This company is a for profit company that doesn't give back to their employees. Incompetent management. An LVN should not be telling an MSW what to do. Also, this company does not give benefits to part-time employees so run for the hills. Even at the executive level, this is not a social work company.
