I had an incredible activity director who was understanding with me while I was still in school. Also, the environment becomes family
Cons
The pay isn’t appropriate for the amount of labor required. I was there for 2 years and only got a .50 cent raise, while people who started after me were getting paid more. Also, very short staffed
