Pros

You get paid every other week. It isn't manual labor. The offices are air conditioned. They have an ice machine like Sonic's...they haven't changed the water filter in the 5+ years I've been there, so it tastes funky at times, but its still ice pellets. Popcorn Wednesdays!!! Casual Fridays. Sometimes when you cross paths with senior management...they'll actually acknowledge your existence.

Cons

Shady, shady company. They're a Medicare Advantage MCO, so there are strict and specific federal laws you must follow to protect the Medicare population. Windsor believes these are optional, not mandatory. You will be instructed to hide actions, or lie by omission about things that could shut the company down immediately should CMS (Medicare) find out about them. (Yes, CMS is that powerful.)

Pros

the pay is decent, and insurance benefits (although you pay through the nose) is pretty good all holidays off

Cons

Everything else. the pharmacy department is in shambles There is absolutely no communication between management and the people who are actually doing the work. i have not had a team meeting in well over 6 months. there is zero interaction. most questions go unanswered by team leads and management. Favoritism is the only way to move up in the company. There is not a single manager or supervisor who was one when i started (only 2 years ago might i add) and the employee turnover rate is worse. the complete incompetency of any sort of leadership figure has caused the employees to give up on the company.
