The company fosters growth from within and provides tools and training to help develop leadership skills. My peers and mentors create a collaborative and fun environment.

The stores are very fast paced so it can be challenging to retain employees. A car allowance would be beneficial for all the wear and tear we put on our personal vehicles with so much driving
