      40% employee discount and thats really about it

      Cons

      They say they care about their employees but they really dont. They dont give recognition to the stores or to the employees that deserve it. Horrible communication through out the company, and the district manager is horrible. Talks to her employees in a very condescending way. And doesnt respect them at all. Treats us like children

      Although this brand is exceptional i would like to see a bit more payroll support for the teams.
