Pros

-Management is very supportive -There is no micromanaging on a day to day tasks. -Open door policy -Some great mentors -Employee discount 40% off -Company is rapidly growing which offer new opportunities -Windsor values are great and they stand by them -Feels like family -Occasional gatherings to celebrate certain events/holidays -Holiday paid day off (New year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Cons

-There is no formal employee evaluation -The pay is average if not less then market -Turn over rate is high. (Maybe due to low pay and lack of evaluations) -Parking at the corp office is horrible -Vacation hours and sick hours accumulate slowly -The growth of the company is so fast that we are running out of room to place all the additional desk/work stations. -Expectations of working hours are sometimes unrealistic -Open market days are riotous -Used to be small enough that you knew everyone's name and what they did

Although this brand is exceptional i would like to see a bit more payroll support for the teams.

Pros

The company has a great culture and is led by a team of incredible executives. In the field, we are given the trust and freedom to run our districts like our own business. Leadership values my input and communication and expectations are clear. The the work-life balance is highly supported. Excellent bonus structure if your stores hit their targets. The company fosters growth from within and provides tools and training to help develop leadership skills. My peers and mentors create a collaborative and fun environment.

Cons

The stores are very fast paced so it can be challenging to retain employees. A car allowance would be beneficial for all the wear and tear we put on our personal vehicles with so much driving
