Pros
Great opportunities if you put in the effort, nothing is handed to you in life and at Windsor ;) Great family like experience. Good girls and loyal managers in most stores. Never thought it would turn out to be my career and some thing I generally love doing. I think that is most peoples experience. Amazing fashions and discount to go along. Policies are clear and straight forward ( I read other review where people thought they were constantly changing, this is not true. They probably weren't read correct/thoroughly during new hire training. Or maybe you had a poor store manager and I am sorry about that) Growth of company leading to more and better career opportunities.
Cons
Needs more marketing. Benefits are not very good. Incentives could be better.
