      This company prides itself on excellent work ethic with attention to detail in every aspect of their business. Great work/personal life balance, excellent leadership.

      This is a growing company, as of yet no benefits are available. However, with management looking to recruit top talent this year benefits will follow shortly.

      I cannot list a Pro at all.

      Cons

      Very micromanaged. CEO has major paranoia issues. Very unprofessionally managed and a lot of interoffice drama. There is no true direction on where management wants to take the company. The recruiting side of the business was just as bad. It is not a true professional place to work and has no career path. The only path I see is taking tons of Tylenol for the headaches.
