Micromanagement, phone quotes that leave you with an all day job that you will be persecuted for taking so long, an owner/manager who is on a CLEAR power trip, no respect to employees unless they’re on drugs and show up to the office at 3 am and clean everything in sight, terrible approach to training, terrible approach to redirection, no clear role expectations yet will tear you down for not fulfilling, constantly changing rules and standards, they spend more time implementing systems to for punishment than they do appreciating their employees, promising one thing then completely abandoning you to to a huge job as a donation and then show up hours after and scold you for not being finished, the list goes on and on. The person who runs the company is what I can only describe as the overblown employee who finally gets promoted to shift manager and then goes insane with newfound power.
