      Pros

      Bosses are stellar. Responds to text or calls quickly and very flexible to employee needs. Work can be simple and peaceful at times when schedule is balanced well.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for error going into customer homes or pressure washing houses. Mistakes are easy to make. Daily schedule can occasionally be over packed. 7:30am to 6:30pm work days are not uncommon.

      Great system and training process.

      The owner brought in donuts and coffee on Friday's and I would have liked more of that every day.
