Terrible place to work for a teacher due to admin - Teacher Windham School District Employee Review

The administration is full of cruel, corrupt, petty, self serving bureaucrats. They will block any attempt to really help students. They care about funding and policy only. Teachers are used, abused and expendable. Student outcomes are totally irrelevant. The entire district is a farce... wasting money and faking any semblance of usefulness.
