Only con is tip sharing, which has both its pros and cons. The nice thing is you will always have a consistent paycheck, even if you didn’t have a good tip night. This also causes less division over sections and among employees. Only con is if you typically have a higher tip average than others.

Fun customers. Consistent pay. Flexible hours. Great beer and food.

Weekly tip removes the rewards of going above and beyond for guests. Tip share can, ironically, create a toxic environment at times.
