Pros

If you're absolutely desperate and have no skills, they'll pay you a small amount to be "trained". After that you'll probably quit because the pay is so low its not worth your time. You can wear shorts and pretty much whatever you want to work in. They will give you a couple cheap red shirts with logo on to wear, but any sweatshirt jacket pants shorts etc. can be worn. One sales rep wore the same shorts for a week straight!!

Cons

It started with a cold scripted interview. Everyone gets hired for training if you agree to sell by knocking on doors and pitching company and service to strangers. They also told me I may work local fairs and carnivals but the senior sales reps have priority. I set up a table once promoting their Healthy products, unfortunately the person who worked with me was obese. Didn't work out very well. The manager's meetings are Buffoonery. Amused at first, and then just embarrassed. He gives you these really bad nicknames which can border on stereotypes. Pay bad, leadership worse.

Pros

Get to have snacks that are defective (seals and containers broken) to eat. Get to drive a truck, I guess.

Cons

Driver manager sucked. Especially the old driver manager. Make jokes about you and talk crap behind your back. Stuff you could report to HR but you would have to go straight to HR or else it would never be reported. New guy sucks too, acts "tough" and looks like they'll go power tripping. Hard work and fast paced, with low pay. Making more now sitting around on a computer. Upper management would promise things but never follow through. Always praise about how much was made this quarter and that quarter, but wouldn't use any excess towards drivers. A lot of benefits have been taken away from years ago. Management is told to leave reviews here to make it look nice, I know because I heard one complaining about having to do so. Sales position isnt great as well, favoritism and seniority over events, long hours. Warehouse work is too much and disorganized. Shipments come in late sometimes and goods are damaged. Driver position is worst, turnover is ridiculous. People just training don't even last the training period or two weeks after.
