      Pros

      At Windcave, the people are great. Everyone is nice and gets on well and has a laugh. I haven't seen any points of conflict in my time at Windcave.

      Cons

      Systems in place aren't what I was personally used to, custom built software which needs to be learnt

      It 's and easy job, been doing it for a while, Pay is fine, WFH 2 days per week.

      Cons

      none for me. This is a job, not a lifestyle, so as long as i'm paid fairly, I don't have any expectations beyond that.

      Parts of the company in different parts of the world received much more time off than we did in America.
