Is this your company?

Worst company I have worked at! Please avoid. - Account Manager Wind Information Employee Review

Pros

1. You will be surrounded by a group of motivated colleagues - unmotivated ones have been purged already, how sweet is that? 2. They have surveillance camera set up inside the office - your personal belongings are 100% safe and secure. 3. They will let you install a company app that constantly tracks your location - this is a better version of "Find My iPhone". 4. You will work/stay in the office strictly for 9 hours a day, 5 days a week - who doesn't like to work onsite? : ) 5. You will be paid on a monthly basis - what a great reminder for credit card repayment!

Cons

No more jokes here. Seriously, you should think twice before you apply/take offers. 1. You will learn absolutely nothing here. No transferable skill sets available. 2. Inexperienced and rude management. They would simply give empty promises - stock options of a company that would never plan to go public. Nothing the management said was worth a fart. No structured management and they do not care about your feelings. 3. Discrimination against male, student with 1 year OPT (remaining), H1B holders (they dont sponsor transfer as well), too much sales experience. Ideal candidate they are looking for is a fresh graduate female student with STEM OPT/green card/citizens. 4. Please review other posts as they are true and think again why there are some many negative comments.
