Pros
Good starting salary for new hires such as fresh grads Good for non-finance background people to gain exposure to the finance industry
Cons
Terrible welfare, minimal annual leave (7days) and you can’t take leave for more than 3 consecutive days. Management is not understanding and inhumane sometimes so you can’t expect to feedback and hope for a change (tried many times but to no avail). Expect to work like a minion for the company and standby on weekends for last minute calls.
