      Pros

      Great exciting projects, decent salary

      Cons

      Very poor management. Recently observed how an employee who would be an asset in any company has been let go, because on of the managers personal dislike. Past few months was apparent that that manager was sabotaging and confusing that employee, which led to employees constant frustration on the project and a lot of arguments with the manager. Which makes you think - is this really a good place to work if one can be let go if expressing their opinions, suggestions and disagreements?

      Exceptionally supportive and collaborative team — everyone genuinely wants each other to succeed. Strong, approachable leadership that communicates clearly and values transparency. Fantastic opportunities for growth and learning, with plenty of exposure to exciting projects and clients. Healthy work–life balance and flexibility when needed — trust is a big part of the culture. Inclusive, friendly, and positive atmosphere that makes coming to work enjoyable. Recognition for hard work — efforts are noticed and appreciated.

      Cons

      None that stand out — as with any fast-paced environment, priorities can shift quickly, but the team always supports each other through it.

      Creative workplace, inspiring offices, forward-thinking teams, employee-owned culture is embodied by everyone, a workforce that is keen to spearhead ideas and trends in the industry. Ample opportunities for training and other experiences beyond work.

      Cons

      Hard to progress, mid-level management could be better, salaries are low.
