The leadership is involved and proactive.

I had to travel to Company HQ occasionally but most of the work was remote.

Great health care and insurance package, 401k, and time off. Management was very receptive to the needs of employees while still ensuring the customers received what they needed.

As a Department of Defense contractor there were times when the renewals of the contracts were not announced until late. This caused employees to wonder if they would have a job the next week. This happened to me twice in two and a half years which caused a little bit of stress.
