      Pros

      There was free parking, and good opportunity to learn. Good place to get your feet wet. Overall not much good to be said about working here, but if you need a job, it is a good place to go until you find something better.

      Cons

      No real job growth possible. Micromanagement, and downsizing of office. Minimal Direction from management as to the goals of the company and how that translates to your job. Below average salary Poor 401k matching Poor health insurance.

      Pros

      Supportive culture with a good mix of junior, intermediate and senior technical people. Seniors helped the juniors. Challenging problems to solve and a space to be creative.

      Cons

      Small company so not much room to grow career.

      Pros

      In exchange for you working, they will give you a paycheck every 2 weeks. The Coffee was free. The Parking was free.

      Cons

      In my opinion.....Constructive input is not valued. Clear direction is not provided by ownership. The market and need for a Digital dictation workflow is shrinking. The partner channel is undervalued and not provided with the support to succeed. Healthcare benefits were horrible.
