      Pros

      I worked there as a software tester it was good exp to learn crm only the MD and manager are friendly

      Cons

      As there is no leaves and 3monts np because of it, it is very tough to find a new job no one will entertain you with 3months np.. they deduct your salary in start only and no refund funda.. no legal documents.. work environment is very bad.. no process to work.. hike is only for developers.. you will work hard which is not considered if you do any mistake.. and if you don't serve your np they will not give your salary and even exp letter... the MD and manager are friendly for their purpose only..

      Pros

      Supportive Management and very good atmosphere to work with old team members.. Small company having 10 Developer & 1 Tester in Team. Gives package as per industry standard and increment is after 1 year of completion based of performance. No any issues regarding salary,it is done on time. In a Winmax Tech. , i learn a lot about team management and how to analyse requirement and sovling issuse of client. It is good platform for who want to work with Client server live database...

      Cons

      They gives all official documents (Offer Letter, Joining Letter, Salary Increment Letter etc.) at the last date of notice period. About Leaves Policy they don't have paid leaves (Salary will deduct on leaves), Only 7-10 Official leaves are there.
