      More PTO would be nice, and shorter review time of pay wages. The company could benefit from stronger applicants if they were more aware of pay to cost of living.

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
