      We have an ESOP plan, lots of opportunity, great benefits and hard working individuals. Competitive wages and hours that will balance family life

      Cons

      Nothing that I can think of besides the normal work gossip and lack of work ethic among some individuals

      There is no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
