      ESOP is fantastic! Will grow over time and give a huge retirement account.

      HARD WORK not for the faint hearted the expectations are high but you get rewarded .... in time.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
