Pros

The management has an open door policy and everyone who works here is super friendly and willing to help

Cons

The schedule is determined by an algorithm that's different for whatever position your in. As a cashier, I put in my everything and have shed blood sweat and tears for the company, but have had times where I have one 5 hour shift for the entire week. The schedules are wildly inconsistent. I know that's typical in the industry, but I mean you might get into a trend of working 5 or 10 hours a week and then find yourself with 28 hours and feeling horrible after that week due to different pains going through your body. Due to the fact that the schedules are so insignificant, while the company does offer health insurance, you have to work a minimum of 100 hours in a month to qualify, which most of the cashiers are unable to reach, leaving us without said insurance Lastly, I have worked here for years. The only gauge I have for how I'm doing as a worker is to check the posted metrics that show how efficient my checking is and my schedules. There's no human touch. If you're looking for a place that will pull you aside and give you a review, even just to say "Hey, you're doing great, keep up the good work!", you won't find that here.
