Winco what can I say about it other than that it's a great company to work for if your part of the the average working middle class.... at first pay is basic but with time and effort winco is a place wear any average high school graduat with little or no college can work into a decent job that is actaly a living wage and can help support a family.... each employe wether full or part time is offerd helth insurace single or family coverage as long as you work 100hours a month and then each year 20% of what you make is invested into company stalks that is what makes winco such an amazing employe owned company and lastly between all the Difrent departments the options are endless for advancement .... winco truly is an amazing company to work for if your willing to put the time and effort....as told from true Winco emplyes put in 20 years and you can retire very well some even Millionaires :) winco wear Millionaire groshry clerks are Made -Forbes magazine #IamWinco

Pay starts low but raises are good :) wincos not the place if your looking for the quick $$ but if your looking for a life time career winco is amazing :)
