      Flexible hours, very nice co-workers, owning a part of the company in employee stock

      Cons

      Lower costs means cuts in certain areas. I believe if they had a better employee training program this company would soar.

      There is no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
