      Pros

      Insurance is great coverage and only $60 per month for a family of Four.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and management lacks people skills. This has caused numerous long term employees to leave for other facilities. Also, they have a point system that makes no sense and makes it hard for someone to feel that it's okay to take care of themselves.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break

      There is no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
