      There are a lot of good people to work with here. They have good benefits with medical, dental and ESOP.

      Cons

      they do not have good management set up in their business. they do not like to promote unless you are going to give your life to them.

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
