      -Constant exercise, hardly any dull moments. -You can listen to music with one earbud. -Pay for performance, if you get above 100% to say 110% they'll pay you 110% wage.

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
