So much favoritism when it comes to hours given and disciplinary action. It doesn't pay to be a good employee. They just take advantage of you. Pile more work on you while they let others stand around and talk. The management team is a huge part of the gossip problem. It's like high school all over again. Dreadful place to work. Go somewhere else and pay more for insurance. You'll be happier in the long run.
