Pros
They’re employee owned which is miles ahead of most places. They have solid benefits, they listen and care about employees, the work culture is pleasant. And they have a set up where after working for a long time, if you leave you keep stock in winco or cash out. Some leave with lots of money to their name.
Cons
Biggest thing is starting pay. Some of the jobs are labor intensive. Some of the customers are as rude as what you see in food service and all the same you’re expected to placate, but not to a degrading degree it seems.
