Pros
Insurance plan is top notch for the $ value. Hiring propaganda for anti discrimination is actually well made for an employee owned corporation. Co-workers are top notch and almost always willing to stretch and help out.
Cons
No reasonable accommodation for disabilities. No set schedule. Promised rates are lies. Promised hours are lies. Management will disregard doctors orders. And tell you to pull your weight as the singular person in your department. Doesn't follow through with workman's comp on their own time. Doesn't consider applicants currently working for the company, so no upward mobility.
