Pros
Excellent benefits. Wincos ESOP program gives employees stock in the company, and with the company quickly expanding, guarantees any employee a liveable retirement fund within 10 years. To top it, the company almost always promotes from within, leaving lots of room to move up.
Cons
Favoritism, harassment, sexism, and retribution are found amply. Hourly employees are walked on, and "made examples of" if they speak up about issues. Employee contracts are kept under lock and key, and you are not allowed to make copies of them, or anything in the right to know compliance section to take home.
