Long term employee - Lead Clerk WinCo Foods Employee Review

Experience differs from store to store and is very dependent on managers. Terrible company leaders as of 2020. Company is peddling back from very pro employee environment every year. Long time employees see the company heading a sad direction. ESOP and growth is stagnant and only beneficial to those with 15-20+ years with the company. No matching 401k to boot. Long time company leaders are no longer qualified for their positions. They are unable to adapt the large scale that we are now and answer only to the board which consists of themselves... Problematic.
