Leads and Management are the clean up team, expecting to make a great team out of nothing and with no support or incentive for their employees.your asked to make something out of nothing and deal with corporate supervisors and VPs that hound on you with unreasonable expectations for the staff you have available and the motivation and pay they receive for their work.
