Pros
In some positions you get to work closely with upper management, I work on many projects with our VPs, director’s, and occasionally our COO. They have a decent ESOP and great health insurance.
Cons
They do not believe in ANY work/life balance. Most stores are significantly understaffed and held to the same standards as ones that are not. Pay is less than other companies for the same positions. Every department acts individually and will not work cohesively or even “play nicely” with others. Management is significantly undertrained and to get promoted in the company to any position of significance, it is all about who you are friends with.
