Pros
Stay on long enough to be full-time and you get decent benefits, including stock ownership in the company. Decent treatment of employees, but can be very nit-picky for little reason.
Cons
Not the best pay. You can only grow out a creepy mustache -- no beard, not even a day's growth. They don't give employees much of a reason to rave about the company, but not much of a reason to talk badly about it either. Banned wearing gloves when I was there, and I do not know why.
