esop.for the most part. lots of people left that are doing an excellent job.many new people that are working hard.excellent career advancements for the right people.new stores opening up giving the opportunity to advance at lighting speed!
Cons
10 yrs of service . was a job envied by everyone.really was" living the dream".company took a crash when went corporate a few years back.we no longer feel the love.sad,sad. ending for us core employees. there is only the bottom line.you can trade a employee with tenure for three minimum wage new hires. winco is moving in a new direction.they want change to happen.Not good for us that are out of the loop and evidently not good guessers.
