      Good company that offers great health and retirement benefits. In addition to your salary, they give you 20% of your pay in company stock. Bad employees do not last long.

      Some departments are siloed and there is not much opportunity for advancement

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
