      Pros

      employee owned, every one has a stake in the companies success. As a truck driver, when you layover you stay at nice motels/hotels, which is a big plus for me ! and at 23.00 hourly plus O.T. it`s the best I`ve ever had it ! Add to that Teamsters Health and Welfare for the Driver and family it can`t be beat ! Good equipment to drive, easy to get along with dispatchers, driver manager is very easy to get along with as well as all department heads ! That`s how it is when everyone owns a piece of the company.

      Cons

      The only downside for my self, is the three hour round trip commute.

      Pros

      Great coworkers and managers. The products are great and I loved that I was able to offer great customer service. Moving up and around in the company is easy, positions are always opening up because the company continues to expand. They also have an employee share program

      Cons

      The hours can be sketchy, depending on the department you're in. Some weeks can be higher than others. The workload is also heavy and the expectations are high but manageable.
