Pros
Payscale (you get raises faster depending on hours worked), Coworkers are great, Benefits are okay.
Cons
Crappy Management who holds back their good employees from upward mobility, Winco hates if you have limited availability, no employee appreciation, Management doesn't listen to input from employees, and often will promote men and not even seriously consider women applying for promotions. If you want somewhere you can grow, and you are female, then go elsewhere, probably somewhere with a union.
